金属とガラスの彫刻とサイトスペシフィックインスタレーション、写真を制作しています。現実の向うに在る静謐な世界に惹かれます。作品を通じて内と外、神聖と世俗、永遠と終焉、相反する概念とその境界にある脆さと危うさを表現したいと希っています。
I'm a visual artist, who works in the mediums of glass and metal sculptures, site-specific installations, and photographs. I attempt to express the notion of boundaries, and the quiet unknown world lying beyond lived experiences. My visual investigations represent inseparable yet opposite ideas - interior and exterior, sanctity and secularity, eternity and demise. By exploiting the environmental and architectural features of the spaces in which they are presented and in addition to the innate qualities of the materials, my work generates a strong sense of tension lying at the boundary between the known world and what lies beyond it.
